ENTERING
There is no limit to the number of entries one can submit.
However, only a miximum of 15 points per annual calendar year will be calculated into the Honors of Cosmos ranking.
Images entered into online trimesters prior are allowed to be resubmited after they are amended based on the critiques given by the judges, with the exception of images which placed in top 5 placings in prior trimesters or finale. For example, a particular image placed before, amendments such as cropping or color conversion to monochrome and then resubmitted is not permitted.
COMPETITION FORMAT
Competition commences with the first, second and third trimester in online format, and top 5 placings from each category automatically qualify for the annual print finale in print format.
*Finalist of 15 images from the 3x online trimesters' top 5 placing will compete in each category in the print finale.
*Entrants who aren't finalists could submit for the annual print finale by purchasing entries to compete in the print finale at the annual conference.
The print finale event will be judged in print format only, no digital submission is allowed.
There will be 1st, 2nd and 3rd placings together with the grand and also grand of the grand winners at the finale event.

Format: files must be uploaded in final jpg
Size: At least 2000 pixels on the longest side ( max. file size limited to 4MB )
Resolution: 300 ppi
Color Mode: RGB color mode (even for black-and-white images)
Color Profile: sRGB (Untagged space for color profiles is also acceptable)
File Naming: No specification. Logos and watermark included in your submitted jpg file will be disqualified.

Shipping of Winners' Trophies
Winners from Cosmos competition would have to cover for the shipping of their trophies.
A €40 is charged for a single shipment to anywhere in the world ( with a maximum of 2 trophies per shipment ).
*if you won a total of 3 trophies, then another €40 is charged.
*trophies sent out are all compliments from Cosmos, the fee charged are solely for shipping fees coverage only.
