ide Alakija is an internationally renowned photographer with over 10 years’ experience in shooting multicultural weddings, documentaries and editorial campaigns. Alakija’s assignments have taken him across Africa, Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the U.S.

Regularly piquing the interest of international icons and A-list celebrities through his captivating eye, Alakija’s recent clients include Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka; hip hop artist and producer, J.Cole; acclaimed novelist, Chimamanda Ngozi Adichie; and Didier Drogba, former Chelsea F.C. soccer player. 

Art collectors and galleries around the world currently showcase Alakija’s work. Passionate about African modern art, Alakija is the co-owner of TAFETA, a private art dealership specializing in 20th century and contemporary African art. Based in London, the gallery regularly showcases at some of the word’s premier art events including Art Basel, The Hamptons Art Fair and Frieze London Art Fair; and represents renowned names like Yinka Shonibare, MBE on the African continent.

For years my Bio consisted of my achievements and awards, which always made me cringe when reading it, as if that is what defines me.

If this is your jam, then lets just say, I have my fair share of awards and accolades a mile long, both nationally and internationally.

My biggest awards are the people that I get to photograph and their stories, their legacies.

I have an aversion of talking about myself which some may call humility, I just call manners.

As a photographer it is a privilege documenting people’s lives, and my ability to listen and communicate has enabled me to capture even the most intimate of moments .

I cry, I laugh, I am vulnerable.

In order for me to capture the true essence of the people I photograph, I need to be invested with them in that moment and be my authentic self.

With over 25 years’ experience photographing weddings, portraits and fashion, a photo to me is more than just a pretty picture.

It needs to have soul and depth. After all I am not in the business of photographing mannequins.

My photography and teaching has taken me all over the world to destinations I could only have dreamed of.

Roberto Valenzuela is a photographer based in Beverly Hills, CA.  He has been honored by Canon USA to be one of the few chosen photographers to be part of their prestigious Canon Explorer of Light program.

Audrey Woulard is an internationally known portrait photographer and educator. She photographs young children, teens and her families. In addition to her portrait work, she photographs commercial assignments such as Pottery Barn Kids, an IAMs Pet food. She also educates photographers around the world her lighting techniques, and her simplistic approach to photography. She is a regular speaker at Imaging and WPPI. She also regularly speaks for Nikon. Audrey is a Profoto Ambassador.

Forough Yavari is an award winning portrait and fine Art photographer based in Brisbane, Australia. After studying in Art University, photography turned from a personal hobby into a professional challenge for her. The result of her endeavours over those years was her presence in multiple painting and photography exhibitions as well as winning several national and international awards. Her works have been exhibited in several venues and galleries internationally.
Forough was awarded Australian Institute of Professional Photography (AIPP) Master in 2018 and WPPI Master of Photography in 2019.

He is also Honorary Fellow of Master Photographers’ Association of UK and one of 12 CANON Masters within Australia.Yervant is known for his signature style of capture, he has in fact coined “Fashion meets Wedding” as the best description of his modern approach to the traditional world of wedding photography. This quote by Yervant is now one of the most important in the industry and often referred to by peers around the world.

Yervant is the first professional wedding photographer who adopted and adapted Digital Technology from an early date, he is often referred to as a pioneer in the field. He is the creator of the first digital layout ‘magazine’ style wedding album presentation which led him to create his own software Page Gallery™ which is one of the most sought after tools by photographers around the world. Yervant keeps on re inventing his style and creating new echelons which is followed by his peers worldwide.
