In my talk, I will present my personal journey as a photographer and digital artist. I will speak about how I started, the importance of competitions in the development of every creator, and the role they played in my own path.
I will show my very first work from 2003, when I took my first steps as a digital artist, and compare it with my most recent work the piece that earned me the title of Grand of the Grand at the international Cosmos Awards competition. Through these two images the first and the latest I will present my entire journey, my growth, and my evolution.
I will also talk about where I draw my inspiration from and how I envision each project before it begins to build, layer by layer. I will explain my thought process, how I visualize an image, and how I decide on its style and atmosphere.
Finally, I will discuss how digital art can be presented in galleries as high-quality, framed limited edition prints, and the importance of professional printing. I will also explain how I made my first connections with people who appreciate and properly value digital art as fine art, and how this helped me open new paths in my career.
